1. What is NanoGUARD?

• NanoGUARD is a unique Nano-Acrylic Formulation. It has undergone extensive testing to achieve the best durability and shine.

• NanoGUARD particles are as refined as scientifically possible. It bond  to the paint at molecular level forming a super hard transparent layer to provide maximum protection to environmental hazards like UV ray, salt, acid rain, etc.

• NanoGUARD advance formula does not contain wax, silicon, PTFE or any harmful etching chemicals.

2. What is the difference between wax and NanoGUARD?

• Wax will wear off in a matter of weeks. When the wax is gone, your paint surface will suffer damage from natural hazards.

• NanoGUARD  super hard transparent layer  provide maximum protection to environmental hazards 24 hours every day, 365 days every year.

3. What does 2-Year Warranty cover? What's the condition?

• We  provide 2-Year warranty for Shine.

• At the end of the treatment, we will measure the shine using advanced Gloss Meter and record the reading in NanoCARD.

• In the unlikely event that the gloss reading of the paint surface drop more than 10GU within two years, we will re-treat the car for you FOC.

• The only condition is to use Nano365 to clean your car at least twice a month.

4. Is maintenance necessary?

• Some grooming company will mislead customer into believing that after a one time treatment, car will be kept in show room condition for years without any maintenance.

• The fact is, no matter how advance the product is, overtime, due to daily usage and contact with the environment, road tar, grimes, shampoo residue can cumulate on top of protection layer. This will create a slight haze on the surface and reduce smoothness.

• In NanoGUARD, we put extra effort to develop the best maintenance product ever. It is extremely easy to use. Just spray on and wipe off. Cumulated dirt on paint surface will be removed to reveal original gloss. Using Nano365 to clean your car weekly is all the maintenance you'll ever need. 

5. Can I use commercial car wash? (e.g. Petrol Kiosk)

• Commercial car wash can be harmful to car's paint. Many harsh detergents are used in commercial car wash that can damage or strip the paint of it's protective coats such as wax or even sealant. 

• If you really cannot avoid using commercial. Try to look for hand wash only operation. If possible, provide them with Nano365 to clean  your car.

6. Can I use other wax or polish after using NanoGUARD?

• No, you will not need to wax your car anymore once your car is treated with NanoGUARD.

7. What is the best way to maintain Gloss & Protection of my car after it is professional sealed with NanoONE?

• This is an easy one!

• Use Nano365 to clean your car weekly, that's it!

8. How to handle bird dropping or tree sap?

• It is always good to remove these harmful contaminants asap. With Nano365, this can never be easlier. No more hunting for water. It is as easy as 123.

• Spray Nano365 on the contaminant, wait for 30 seconds, use micro fiber towel to remove contaminants.

• That's it.

 

9. How can I apply for a NanoCARD?

• You do not need to apply. At the end of Total Solution Package, you will be issued an NanoCARD.

 

10. How long is the NanoCARD valid for?

• There is no expiry date!

 

11. Is NanoCARD transferable?

• NanoCARD is not transferable. It can only be used by named owner.
